The countdown to the return of the “Main Street Electrical Parade” to Disneyland park is almost over.
Just two nights until this beloved nighttime spectacular is officially back and celebrating its 50th anniversary year. But I have some super exciting news… You can enjoy an early sneak peek performance TONIGHT at 11:30 pm EST/8:30 pm PST!

The “Main Street Electrical Parade” will be available for a limited time at Disneyland park, starting April 22. We recently shared a first look at the new grand finale. Which brings together more than a dozen Disney Animation and Pixar stories. It’s inspired by both the original design of classic “Main Street Electrical Parade” floats and Disney Legend Mary Blair’s iconic art style on “it’s a small world.” The thousands of sparkling lights have never shined brighter!
But wait. The “Main Street Electrical Parade” isn’t the only spectacular returning on April 22. The night skies will shimmer. As the “Disneyland Forever” fireworks spectacular returns to Disneyland park. And the waters of Paradise Bay will come to life. As “World of Color” returns to Disney California Adventure park on that same day!
“Disneyland Forever” fireworks will run on weekends only (Friday through Sunday). “Mickey’s Mix Magic” will present its high-energy, projections-only show during the week (Monday through Thursday) until late spring. At that time, “Disneyland Forever” fireworks will then run nightly in the summer for a limited time. “World of Color” will return to its regular schedule upon reopening. “Fantasmic!” is preparing for its return to Disneyland park on May 28, 2022.
Entertainment offerings are subject to restrictions and change or cancellation without notice. Both a theme park reservation and valid admission to the same park on the same date for each person ages 3 and older are required for park entry. Park reservations are limited.
