Celebrating Pride Month at Disneyland Paris

As we continue celebrating Pride Month, we’re honored to recognize and elevate diverse voices and perspectives across the LGBTQIA+ community, including at Disneyland Paris where we recently welcomed the return of Disneyland Paris Pride at Walt Disney Studios Park.

The Disneyland Paris Pride event brought together guests, cast members, and local associations for an unforgettable night with live performances – MIKA, Bilal Hassani, and Becky Hill!. Plus Disney’s Colorful Pride Parade, Disney character appearances, and attraction access. While the entire evening was memorable, the parade was a standout moment as everyone gathered to celebrate the differences that make each of us unique.

Louise is a financial analyst and member of the Disney PRIDE BERG, a business employee resource group at Disneyland Paris made up of cast from various resort roles – shared that she was proud to be there for such a magical moment surrounded by inspiring colleagues.

“I’m so happy to be part of this company,” Louise said. “Disneyland Paris Pride was simply incredible. With so many emotions and above all, happiness!”

Prior to the evening’s festivities, cast members were invited to Disneyland Paris Pride: The Cast Event. For a day of inspiring conversations as Disney teams from around the world joined together to share their experiences and visions for the future. This is just one of many ways throughout the year that the Disney PRIDE BERG comes together. To recognize and support the LGBTQIA+ community all year long.

As one of the lucky cast members who got to experience it in person at the resort for the first time, I can tell you it was a day to remember.

The magic of Pride Month at Disneyland Paris is that it isn’t contained in a single event. It’s the prevailing spirit of the resort as a place where everyone is welcome. These celebrations are just as important. As the everyday actions that happen here all year round, as we work together to identify opportunities. To recognize and elevate diverse perspectives across the LGBTQIA+ community.
