‘Tis the season for boundless winter fun at Walt Disney World Resort! From exciting new thrill rides and experiences to returning classics and much more, tweens are sure to live an unforgettable experience at The Most Magical Place on Earth during the holidays.

If there’s one thing that all Disney fans look forward to during this season it’s the seasonal overlays that turn classic attractions into perfect holiday adventures, like the Jungle Cruise at Magic Kingdom Park. Which will transform into the Jingle Cruise. This year, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT is joining in on all the fun with its “Holiday Remix.” Not only will tweens and their families embark on an extraordinary adventure through space and time, but now they’ll be able to do it to the beat of an awesome holiday mix.

For animal-loving tweens, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park is the place to be.

From Festive Flotillas to unbelievable life-sized animal puppets, guests will feel like they’ve been transported to the perfect holiday wonderland.

Speaking of wonderlands, Disney’s Blizzard Beach is open!

Take the perfect Florida holiday selfie with Santa in his tropical attire, enjoy special holiday-themed treats, and explore the new “Frozen” additions. And, to make your visit even more special, get ready for a flurry of fun with an actual snowfall!

Thrills and holiday magic don’t end at the parks.

Visiting any of the Disney Resort hotels will guarantee an unforgettable experience with elaborate Christmas trees and jaw-dropping gingerbread displays. One of my favorites is the life-size gingerbread house in the lobby of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Gastronomic adventures also await, with delicious holiday treats and special seasonal delights!

Meanwhile, at Disney Springs, discover holiday enchantment and dazzling décor around every corner as you shop, dine and be very merry. Enjoy everything from 20 themed Christmas trees and a nightly snowfall to a drum line, Toy Soldier Stilt Walkers, and more!

That’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the most festive time of year at Walt Disney World Resort! What is your tween most excited to see and do this holiday season?
