Orlando native Chris Middleton has roots in the military from both sides of his family. Following his high school graduation, he was inspired to continue the family tradition of military service by joining the United States Marine Corps as a third-generation Marine. Upon completing his service, Chris was able to channel his passion for helping others and creating a better tomorrow as a cast member here at Walt Disney World Resort.

Chris’s first role was in Bell Services at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, where he had the opportunity to work alongside his mother. Chris is passionate about leadership and strives to power the cast and guest experience through his work as a Senior Technology Manager on the Labor, Health, and Safety Team.

“The great thing about technology is that we are enabling the magic. We’re actually bringing that software to life. So our cast members can focus on their guests.”

Chris is proud to represent his country and company daily and always remembers to enjoy the magic with his family along the way.
