Do I have to call anyone?

No. Our entire process is designed to work through digital communication. You’ll never be required to get on a phone call or video meeting. Everything happens at your own pace, on your own schedule.

How much does your service cost?

Our planning service is completely complimentary to you. We’re compensated by Disney when your trip is booked, which means you pay the exact same price you’d pay booking directly — with all of our expertise included at no extra charge.

Which Disney destinations do you plan for?

We specialize in Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani (Disney’s Hawaii resort), Adventures by Disney, and international Disney parks including Tokyo, Paris, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.

How far in advance should I reach out?

The earlier the better — Disney dining reservations open 60 days in advance and popular experiences book up quickly. We recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months before your intended travel dates, though we’re happy to help with shorter timelines too.

What if I’ve never been to Disney before?

First-timers are our favorite clients. There’s a lot to learn and a lot of decisions to make, and we genuinely love helping families navigate it all for the first time. Whether you’re visiting with toddlers, teens, or a mix of both, we’ll build a plan that works for your whole party.

What if my plans change after booking?

Life happens, and Disney’s booking policies are generally quite flexible. We’ll help you navigate any changes, cancellations, or date shifts as smoothly as possible and keep an eye out for promotions that may apply to your new plans.

Are your services available everywhere?

Our services are currently available to residents of most U.S. states. We are not currently able to assist residents of California, Hawaii, Florida, Washington, or Iowa.
