Luis Sandoval and Stephanie “Stefie” Ficachi both started their Disney careers as part of the Walt Disney World Resort Cultural Representative Program, where they worked at the Mexico pavilion at EPCOT.

Now they are cruising the high seas — Luis as a Guest Services Coordinator and Stefie as an Assistant Merchandise Manager — proudly sharing the language, culture and traditions of their home country with guests aboard the Disney Fantasy. Hear more from Luis and Stefie in the video below:
