Across Walt Disney World Resort, countless women are leading the way for many of our cherished theme park experiences. They are the driving force behind all kinds of extraordinary magic. During Women’s History Month, “Celebrate HER Story” will feature inspiring female cast members and beloved Disney heroines as we celebrate their achievements. This month and every day, we take time to recognize, honor, and amplify their stories. Here are 10 ways you can join the celebration at Walt Disney World.

The 2023 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival kicks off today with the debut of several new topiaries. You can admire and snap photos with topiaries of the fearless Princess Tiana from the Walt Disney Animation Studios classic “The Princess and the Frog” and the courageous Madrigal sisters from the award-winning Disney Animation feature film “Encanto.” Plus, as part of this year’s Garden Rocks Concert Series, a variety of female performers will take the stage at the America Gardens Theatre, including Berlin and the Pointer Sisters.
Get Inspired at Disney Springs Art Walk
At the Disney Springs Art Walk: A Canvas of Expression, artists continue to spread creativity and magic through their work. This month we celebrate the talented women whose work is featured here. Such as Stacey Aoyama, Leah Abucayan, Nani Chacon, and Nneka Jones. Guests can also experience our newest artist Thao Huyhn French adding her work live this month from March 18 through April 1.
Enjoy Live Entertainment at Disney Springs
While you’re at Disney Springs, dance and sing along with live entertainment at three main stages. On Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays, we feature acts and bands that highlight female artists. Including Ladies of Motown, The Betties, and many more. Look for these talented performers at Orange Node, Waterview Park, and AdventHealth Waterside Stage, as well as at Dockside Margaritas.
