Originally published at Disney Parks News
Halloween festivities will return to Disneyland Paris from October 1 through November 5. At which time a haunting atmosphere will descend upon Disneyland Park. Bringing with it a range of bewitching delights (and perhaps some tricks too). With fun that can be enjoyed by the whole family, lift your spirits and take a peek at the upcoming eerie experiences coming to the Disney Halloween Festival!
Festively Fun Offerings
Guests will be immersed in a fa-boo-lously fun Halloween atmosphere. Autumnal Halloween decorations and pumpkins will adorn Main Street, U.S.A., and Frontierland. And as you walk around the park, Mickey Mouse and other classic Disney characters will be out wearing their Halloween outfits. Disney Villains will be out in full force too — brave guests are invited to meet them if they dare!
The Halloween cavalcade will also return to the park! Happening daily at Disneyland Park, this cavalcade is full of joy, colors, and an infectious beat that will get all guests dancing. With a show stop on Central Plaza, right in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. It’s the perfect chance to join in the frightful fun of the season. Stay tuned to learn more about Disney Halloween festival experiences.
No celebration is complete without merchandise and this year is no different. Dedicated Halloween merch will be available in select boutiques throughout the resort. We’ve heard there will be tasty food offerings too — hold on tight for that news, foolish mortals!
Ghoulish Ghosts at Phantom Manor
While we wait in anticipation for the Halloween season, there’s year-round ghoulishly good fun to enjoy too! Tucked away in a corner of Frontierland stands Phantom Manor where the chilly, eerie atmosphere of the crumbling old mansion is the perfect setting for the fun-filled mystery that awaits. When leaving Phantom Manor, don’t miss the little cemetery of Boot Hill! This small cemetery, located adjacent to the attraction lies the final resting place of the manor’s previous owners, Henry and Martha Ravenswood.
Don’t forget to check out what our other international parks, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disney Resort, and Tokyo Disney Resort, have conjured for the Halfway to Halloween celebrations. Stay tuned!
