Aloha! Our latest episode of Cast Conversations brings us all to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. Wherein I had the pleasure of speaking with our Head Pastry Chef Carolyn Portuondo.

Chef Carolyn showcased her skills and talents that brought her onto Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship. And even showed us how to make our famous Kona Coffee Cheesecake. Available at dinner at Makahiki Restaurant here at the resort!
