Strike up the band, turn up the snazzy music, and come along on a journey through the second decade of Disney with Disney100 The Decades 1930s.
This brand-new collection is launching today on shopDisney and at Disney Parks. It takes you back to the days of live band music, and gooseberry pies, and asks the question “who’s afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?” And trust me, you’ll want to collect it all. Excited? You and me both!
1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, places, please. The maestro is ready to start the show as you waltz in style with the Mickey Mouse The Band Concert Loungefly Mini Backpack.
Mickey plays the role of a bandleader, complete with a golden finish. Released February 23, 1935, “The Band Concert” is the first Disney Mickey Mouse cartoon to premiere in color!
Fiddler Pig, Fifer Pig, and Practical Pig are ready to join your plush collection at home. But make sure your home isn’t made of sticks that can be blown away!
This Three Little Pigs Plush Set contains the plush trio. Inspired by Walt Disney’s classic “Silly Symphony Cartoon, The Three Little Pigs.” The Academy Award-winning short premiered on May 27, 1933. And follows three pigs who must outsmart The Big Bad Wolf (and his huffing and puffing).
I’ll be wishing on a wishing well for my personal favorite item in the Disney100. The Decades 1930s Collection – the Ear Headband!
Disney’s first Princess character is featured on the sequined-covered Snow White Ear Headband for Adults. With a deluxe bow, gem-studded apple brooch, and vintage “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” storybook art. This ear headband will have you whistling while you work – or skipping down Main Street, U.S.A. Walt Disney’s first full-length animated feature film “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” first began entertaining audiences on December 21, 1937, when it premiered at the Carthay Circle Theater in Hollywood, California.
Calling all pin collectors! You’ll have a swell time with the dynamic duo of the 1930s:. Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar Pin Set – Limited Release.
Clarabelle is known for her love of singing and dancing. (And even comes with her own bell charm), and Horace for his hearty laugh and musical talents. The set of two pins celebrate Disney’s early years of animation. And they’re limited release which means they’ll be gone in a jiffy.
Be sure to share with us which item you’ll be adding to your list. From this marvelously nostalgic collection on shopDisney and at Disney Parks.
See you next time, when we’ll be celebrating Disney100 The Decades 1940s!
