Disney Springs Offers Personalized Gifts for the ‘Hard to Shop For’ Loved Ones on Your Holiday List

Tell me I’m not alone and that we all have at least one person on our list that’s hard to shop for. You know the type: they buy themselves whatever they want; they already have everything they need; they can’t think of a single suggestion when you ask for the hundredth time what they’d like to find from you under the tree. Sound familiar?
This year, I’m planning to treat these difficult-but-worth-it recipients to personalized, one-of-a-kind gifts. Lucky for me, there are plenty of options right here at Disney Springs. Read on for a few of my favorite spots to score fabulous, custom-created finds:
Arribas Brothers – A custom frame to display your favorite memory from 2021? Glassware etched with a beloved Disney character and any name you choose? A silhouette portrait to capture a moment in time? All of these treasures can be found in one spot and that spot is the beloved Crystal Arts by Arribas Brothers.
Art Corner – What’s in name? Whatever you want! One of thecoolest options at this artist-led retail store is custom name art; the graffiti styling is oh-so-hip and the graphics and color combos seem nearly endless. For something just as fun, hand-drawn caricatures are available, too, for pets or people … it’s your choice!
D-Tech on Demand – For trendy tech lovers, a custom phone case is a no-brainer. But for me, the made-to-order MagicBand is the way to go, because let’s just agree now that you can never have too many Theme Park accessories.
Disney’s Days of Christmas – Here, you can customize almost any ornament with a name or year. When my son was born, we started a tradition where every year, everyone in our family gets to pick out one new ornament for our tree; he’s only four, but already, he’s so proud of his little collection, curated just for him!
Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories – Tucked into the back corner of the Marketplace, this small-but-mighty shop is a must-shop spot for custom Disney mementos. From Mickey ear hats to fanny packs, there’s something for everyone. (See note above regarding theme park accessories.)
Levi’s – One of Disney Springs’ best-kept secrets is the Tailor Shop at Levi’s. Denim dreams come true here, with a talented team who can transform old jeans into cute cutoffs, patch a plain ole’ jean jacket to give it playful personality, and make a standard button down stand out with style. If you have an idea for a custom denim fashion piece, there’s a good chance that Levi’s tailor can make it happen!
Pele Soccer – Know someone who’s obsessed with the beautiful game? Any true futbol fan would cherish a custom-created jersey that makes them feel like part of the team.
Ring Carvers – This Marketplace staple has been carving custom initial and name rings for decades. Made of solid sterling silver, each ring is a tiny work of art, hand-carved by a true artisan.
Sanuk and UGG – Whether you pick a pair of comfy boots or slide-on shoes, these locations will work with you to create unique designs that you’re unlikely to spot on anyone else’s feet. A winning gift for fashionistas with flair.
Vera Bradley – I’m from the south, where monograms are welcome on just about anything! Make your mark on backpacks, lunch bags, duffels and more at this pattern-lovers’ paradise.
So … did anything spark your interest? I hope this list got your creative gift-giving juices flowing.
