Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel Cast Surprised with Pixar Announcement Party

As recently announced, Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel at the Disneyland Resort will soon begin a transformation with an all-new theme!
Cast members who work at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel were surprised with a fun breakfast celebration the day of the announcement. Pixar-themed balloons, treats, music and a photobackdrop clued some cast members into the surprise. But the room still erupted into gasps and applause when the official re-theming announcement was made.
The surprises didn’t stop there! Walt Disney Imagineering employees working on the concepts for the new hotel gave cast members a special sneak peek of the new hotel designs and shared the inspiration behind the theming.
(Artist Concept/Disneyland Resort.) The reimagining of the hotel will weave the artistry of Pixar into its comfortable, contemporary setting. Guests will gain a new perspective on some of their favorite Pixar worlds and characters. Through carefully curated artwork, and décor. That reveals the creative journey of the artists who helped bring these stories to life.
As a final special surprise, Buzz and Woody joined in to help cast members celebrate the exciting news.
