New Alumni Name Tag for Disney Ambassadors

For years, Disney Ambassadors have worn a special pin during their time representing their respective Disney Parks and Resorts around the world.
Now, for the first time ever, Ambassadors will be recognized for their service to the company for the rest of their Disney career with a new Disney Ambassador Alumni name tag. The newly designed name tag is a vibrant gold, paying homage to the pin the Ambassadors wear during their term. Additional inspiration for the shape of the name tag and blue coloring was taken from Walt Disney’s Disneyland employee badge #1, worn briefly during Disneyland’s opening day rehearsal in 1955 and seen on television in The Disneyland Tenth Anniversary Show in 1965.
Disney Ambassador Alumni at Walt Disney World and the Disneyland Resort were among the first to receive this new name tag during recent Ambassador Alumni gatherings.
