See the line where the sky meets the sea? It calls me! Can you guess where we are headed next in our Pocket Guide series? If you guessed Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawai’i, you guessed correctly! So, feel the island vibes and get ready to learn more about this spectacular resort. The resort where Walt Disney Imagineers worked with local artisans and cultural experts to create an island get away like no other. Aulani Resort is the ultimate family vacation.

Impressive views await guests at every turn, as this resort sits on 21 oceanfront acres! Gaze at the majestic mountains or just take in the calming ocean waters, there is a view to please all guests. Makahiki – The Bounty of the Islands, offers guests fresh local foods and international flavors for breakfast and dinner. It is located on the first floor of the main building, adjacent to The ‘Ōlelo Room, and character breakfasts are offered here five times a week. There are also several dining options where guests may grab a burger, light snacks, and frozen treats.

Then be sure to add a visit to Laniwai – A Disney Spa on your must-do’s. There is also the Mikimiki Fitness Center for those wanting to stay in shape while vacationing or why not try a guided walking tour? These include Māka‘ika‘i, The Art of Aulani Resort, and Māka‘ika‘i, The Nature and Wildlife of Aulani Resort. Rainbow Reef gives you and your family the opportunity to swim with fish; while a stop by Pau Hana Room (Aulani’s Community Hall) allows your party to make your own Mickey Ears!
