LAS VEGAS (April 20, 2022) – The wait is almost over and the kitchens inside Palms Casino Resort Las Vegas are turning the heat back up. After more than a two-year hiatus, the incredible line-up of dining destinations at Palms is preparing to welcome guests. Back when the hotel opens on April 27, 2022 at 9:00 p.m.
From prime steaks and vintage wines to enticing dim sum, mouth-watering barbeque and famed noodle dishes.
Palms is an established dining powerhouse in Las Vegas and will return with its signature restaurants, including:

Palms is proud to bring back its A.Y.C.E. Buffet. Open for breakfast, dinner and weekend brunch, A.Y.C.E. buffet features seven globally inspired stations. With bold flavors, flame-broiled classics and options with everything prepared fresh.
Joining the culinary lineup and brand new to Palms is Serrano Vista Cafe. Featuring quality ingredients prepared in modern applications. From atmosphere to cuisine these unique dishes offer California classics with fresh produce and enticing flavors.
